It’s an everyday thing…

I am going to tell you guys about my daily meals..

For breakfast:

1  aunt jemima buttermilk pancake (no highborn syrup) with shredded hash browns from publix and scrambled eggs

OR

 

Cinnamon French Toast (homemade) and shredded hash brown

 

 

For lunch/dinner:

Meat and Cheese Sandwich with Baked Fries

OR

Yellow Rice with Chicken

OR

Shredded Meat and Yellow Rice

OR

Oven Roasted Turkey Sandwich

OR

Turkey and Baked French Fries

 

Desserts:

Graham Cracker

Jello (any color except red)

 

Potential “Snacks”:

Waffles

Pancakes

Banana

Soda Crackers with Butter

 

Drinks:

Plenty of water during the day (1-4 bottles of water each day)

Diluted Apple Juice

Soy Vanilla Milk

Vanilla Boost High Protein Shake (two each day)

 

Condiments:

Mayonnaise
